1. Orders and availability

Price, stock, and product availability may change. We may cancel or adjust orders for stock mismatch, operational issues, fraud risk, or incorrect order details.

2. Delivery and returns

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Return/refund decisions depend on current return rules, product condition, and verification process.

3. Account responsibility

You must provide accurate account and delivery information. Fraudulent or abusive activity may lead to order cancellation or account restriction.

4. Account deletion and deactivation

You may request temporary deactivation or permanent account deletion review in-app or via https://store-dev.nahallabs.com/account-deletion. Deactivation revokes login/session access and can be reviewed for future reactivation. Permanent deletion requests are reviewed by Aman Fashion (Dev) admin before processing. If approved, admin may manually process the request using customer management tools, including customer merge/reassignment where appropriate, and remove or anonymize non-required customer profile data while retaining only required transactional, legal, accounting, security, delivery, return/refund, and support records where applicable.

5. Records after permanent deletion

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 72 hours and complete standard review/processing within 30 days after ownership verification. Open orders, refunds, disputes, fraud/security reviews, or legal/accounting retention needs may take longer. After completed deletion processing, saved addresses, wishlist, cart, account profile, and normal account recovery access may be permanently lost.
