Account Deletion and Deactivation

If you want temporary deactivation

In the app, go to Profile or Settings -> Delete Account -> Deactivate. Deactivation revokes login sessions but keeps account, order, wishlist, address, and support data available for future reactivation after support review.

How to request permanent deletion

Email us from your registered email, or mention your registered mobile number. Include your full name, mobile, email (if available), and a clear request for permanent account deletion review.

What happens after request

We verify account ownership first. Aman Fashion (Dev) admin then reviews open orders, payments, returns/refunds, delivery, disputes, and support history. After approval, admin will manually process deletion using customer management tools, including customer merge/reassignment where appropriate, and remove or anonymize unnecessary profile details such as name, mobile, email, saved addresses, and login identities where possible.

What data may be retained

For legal and operational requirements, we may retain order, delivery, payment, accounting, fraud prevention, return/refund, and customer support records. Retained records may be linked to an internal or anonymous customer record selected by admin, and should not keep unnecessary customer profile details after deletion processing.

Processing time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 72 hours and complete standard review/processing within 30 days after ownership verification. Complex cases with open orders, refunds, disputes, fraud/security review, or legal/accounting retention needs may take longer.

Before you request permanent deletion

Permanent deletion cannot be undone. You will lose access to saved addresses, wishlist, cart, account history, and any support-linked account recovery path. Deactivation is reversible after support reactivation; permanent deletion is not.
